|We believe that our products should be designed to meet the specific needs of our body and backed up by the latest scientific evidence. We believe that the ingredients should be of the purest and highest quality to ensure they provide the best effects and maintain an optimum health status.|
Health is not the merely absence of disease. The World Health Organization published in 1948 the following definition: “A state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. That is why we also believe that:
- We need to eat healthy: we need to provide all the macro and micronutrients, as vitamins and minerals, to ensure all body functions are performed in perfect synchrony.
- We need to exercise. Physical activity and exercise should be part of our routine. There are countless studies that prove the important health benefits associated with exercise, and it becomes more important as we age.
- We need to achieve a complete status of wellbeing: We’ve been told that it’s important to sleep well and manage our stress levels; however, according to a psychologist, true wellbeing comes with balance, constant growth, and acceptance. This can be achieved in many ways, by finding new hobbies, meditating, learning to live in the present, taking time to socialize or even exposing our body to sunlight.
We should all grow old and happy. There is no such thing as accepting pain and infirmity as a natural consequence of aging. Through time we will need to adjust our routine, but science has proven that taking care of these three pillars is associated with decreased risk of disease, illness, and injury; better immune functioning; speedier recovery; and increased longevity. Individuals with high levels of well-being are more productive at work and are more likely to contribute to their communities.
